Just in case anyone is curious about the display we set up at various community events - here's a photo of it! If you have any great ideas for making it better, or if you know of an event where this display would be welcome, please email us at orilliaveg [at] gmail. com !! It is usually accompanied by a simple food item to entice visitors, and the recipe is given out on a card with our contact details. The recipe featured here was "Better than Tuna" chickpea salad with rice crackers.
